To secure Series A, B, and C funding, a startup must demonstrate growth, scalability, and increasing market dominance at each stage, hence we work hard for our incubatee startups to achieve at the least the series A funding. To achieve that, our practical mentoring and guidance for incubatee startups target for the following:

Prove Product-Market Fit:

  • Achieve consistent customer demand for your product.
  • Showcase measurable metrics such as retention rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn rate.
  • Validate customer use cases with testimonials, case studies, and reviews.

Achieve Revenue Growth:

  • Establish recurring revenue (ARR/MRR) with paying customers.
  • Optimize pricing strategies based on customer willingness to pay.

Build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product):

  • Ensure the product is functional and solves a specific, validated problem.
  • Gather real-world feedback and iterate based on user needs.

Develop a Scalable Business Model:

  • Create a clear path for scaling sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Demonstrate efficiency in customer acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI on marketing spend.
